Pretty interesting, succinct summation of Eric Musselman's college basketball personnel philosophy. Well worth the two minutes to watch.
In the era of the sit out transfer, this philosophy seemingly makes more sense than ever in my opinion.

Very interesting strategy, If you happen to be one of 9 you’re guaranteed time. Just wondering if there’s enough talent for recruiting like this in the MAAC. Or enough forward thinking to embrace this at Siena.

So, does he have only nine players on his team (practices must be interesting!), or only nine scholarship players and the rest are walk-ons who don't play? How many walk-ons are there.........five or six? Is he saying his walk-ons are happy going through everything a "player" goes through, even knowing their chances of ever getting in a game are almost nil? Not sure how that would make for a copacetic locker room. But if it works for him and everyone in that locker room, that's great.
What does he do with the other scholarships he's allowed to have? Is it thirteen? Does the Athletics Department use that scholarship money for scholarships in other sports?
