What are your philosophies on strength training and conditioning outside of regular basketball practice? Hours/days per week, yoga/ Pilates/aerobics etc

My philosophy on strength training is knowing all of our athletes and knowing what their strengths and weaknesses are. What they need to be mindful of and what they need to stretch, ice etc.
I love yoga and think it benefits all. Old/Young and everyone in between.
The summer is a time to build and grow the players bodies as well as addressing problem areas.
I’m also a firm believer in stretching and sleep. It all ties together.
