College of Charleston from the Southern conference to the CAA. Davidson its fellow Southern conference member decided to stay. I am really suprised Davidson didnt make the jump because to me they have a solid program from a basketball and academic standpoint. Maybe they didnt want to compete with the larger enrollment schools of the CAA.

This puts CAA all-sports membership at 10 -- a great number for basketball scheduling -- but football is still at 11 members. They'll want to get to 12 and divide into divisions, which they could do either with an all-sports member or another football-only affiliate member.
I'm not sure which schools they would consider to be a good fit.

if UA head over with basketball as well. Siena is so tight with the pocket book that the damage would be done before Siena could do anything to prevent it. They have already proven they will go 'on the cheap' when able
