So this is where were at as a nation.That the so called leader of the USA is on Twitter calling people son of bi#!!.Saying that he wants to make America great again but forgetting when where was America great.You mean going back to the haves and have nots.People protesting with a Nazi flag and American flag smh.When unarmed people are being shot and killed and no accountability.When the police is being told to be even more aggressive by the president instead of finding out solutions to the problems.When instead of trying to talk and start a dialogue with the people protesting,to find out what there protesting about.The same man who doesn't even know the name of a country in Africa he's trying to acknowledge.Trying to take credit for ESPN subscribers going down because of his influence when,that's been happening for awhile.It's called streaming Mr.Trump all cable is losing subscribers.But the thing i worry the most about is his divisive words.If your truly trying to unite a country you need to find out what's dividing the country.It took me awhile but known i really understand what
he means about let's make MAGA.It's let's make it great for certain people not all.Because remember all blacks whites and other races except the Natives,that where in this country before we invaded and took over came from another country originally.So therefore maybe if we leave can we truly MAGA.What as parents and grandparents do we tell our kids.These are just my views and opinions nothing else.I believe myself to be open minded but i worry about the younger generation is this the best we can do.I hope not

Well it's not like he's doing anything different than before he was elected. Does any of this sound familiar lol. Although I will say this I don't agree with kneeling I find it highly disrespectful and the nfls message of "unity" does not fit this narrative. It's a sign of weakness before the world --- there are better ways to address the issues.

This nation was devided way before Trump...
Do you think kneeling for the National anthem has brought us together...it only increases the animosity...did raising black gloved fists duri g past olympics give us unity...every ethnic group has the responsibility to earn respect

No idea where you live Glen, but I would highly recommend Brass Eye Center in Latham and Clifton Park....nuff said on vision, how you "see" things. I would also recommend the Sunnyview Hearing & Speech Center next to Ellis Hospital in Schenectady (actually closer to Niskayuna) - they are great audiologists and may just help open your ears more fully. You may also want to consider, if you have Spectrum as your cable or internet provider, giving them a call and have your cable box replaced to enable you to access ALL cable news channels - if you do that first, give it a few weeks surfing the "other guys/gals" and you might save a copay or two. Can't help you with the brain function but when you eliminate or correct the other deficiencies you may solve it on your own. I'm relaxing in Sorrento on the Amalfi Coast and just catching up on the world. A week without Trump news is the closest thing to perfection one can find these days - sipping a nice red while looking at the bay of Napoli as the sun sets is a close second. Our private tour guide through the Vatican yesterday got close/trusting enough to us to ask "WTF is wrong with the USA?". What could be said?  She has worked 23 years giving tours in Rome and especially the Vatican. Her uncle restored the Pieta after it's damage from a hammer wielding nut in 1972 or thereabouts. Interesting and extremely bright lady. Enjoy and I wish you good health!!! |

The respect of other ethnic groups? Aren't we all entitled to respect simply because we are, in fact, human beings, regardless of which ethnic group we may happen to have been born into? Pretty sure we don't get to pre-select an ethnic group before showing up here. |
