He'd be much tougher if he was at BU Huh? It's a joke for Greenblood. Everytime JO does something good on the court, it's because of the 2 months he spent on the BU campus...and everytime he does something wrong, it's because Jimmy didn't "develop" him well enough. ----sigh---

@marksingelais
Siena's @quiswop on teammate Lavon Long: "He played his balls off." Long had 13 points, eight rebounds, six assists despite the flu.

That isn't what I said but whatever. Keep defending your boys. You'll be throwing all the transfers out with trash at the end of the season and saying we didn't want them, or they don't want to work hard enough. Riddle me this Batman, who re recruited them and then can't figure out what to do with them? That's all.

At the end of the day he will be the one judged for wins and losses, not the players. So while patsos, hoopjunkie and others continue to publicly disparage certain players for performance, the excuse only works for so long. The fact is, patsos hasn't solved the maac for 13 years, even though he believes it's his only job at siena (according to him non maac games don't matter).
So while the glass may be half full, most of us expect expect the cup to be overflowing and so far there appears to be a leak. Time is running out to plug the holes--- despite 4 out of 5 it is entirely premature for the I told you sos to start coming from the apologist camp. Win the maac first, that would be a start.

It's 5 out of 6 actually, but no surprise you missed on the low end. I call out any player that does poorly during a game, and give kudos to ones that play well. You and her think this is the CYO and everyone should get a participation statue. Her BU crap got called out tonight, and it's dead on. But keep blindly supporting your girl. You have no independent thought, just hers. It's cute.

This would be a "start" huh? So thats 1/3 to a successful season for superfan Gorvy? 2/3 would be a first round NCAA win, and to make you fully satisfied, a Sweet 16 trip. THEN, and only then, would you kiss JP's ring? Good to know

6-4 at the midway point in the MAAC schedule.
Remaining schedule:
1/27: Iona 1/30: @ Quinnipiac 2/4: Canisius 2/7: @ Iona 2/11: @ Marist 2/13: Monmouth 2/16: Manhattan 2/18: Niagara 2/24: @ Monmouth 2/26: vs. Marist
Will be tough with 4 games vs. Monmouth/Iona - can Siena go 2-2 in those games? If they can 13-7 is very possible which likely puts Siena in the top 3 and maybe second.

You can't stand the fact that it is over, and you lost. Patsos did everything I said he would do. No Maac title, check. No ncaa or nit, check. Player suspensions, check. Revolving door, check. National non-basketball recognition, check. Maybe you are satisfied with 1 Maac ref or post season title out of 24 chances, but most here are not. He will need to be able to build a consistent winner to be successful at Siena, something he has not been able to do, nor is he capable of doing. Sorry, but that's the reality. Truth hurts doesn't it. Ps congrats on your real favorite team winning their third straight game today. Enjoy the game Wednesday, "super fan".

A baby that expects to win every year. We all want to win. All the St. Peters fans want to win everytime too. Whos my "real" favorite team? And how do you know so much (winning streaks, schedule etc....) about their season? Sounds like they're your favorite team.

Finally, it seems, JP is beginning to understand how to use Richard. Better late than never. The guy had his Ryan Oliver all along. Who da thunk it? Except, well, everyone in the preseason.
Shooters take shots. Dribble drivers attack the rim. Centers attack the paint. PG's play PG. It's not that difficult.
JP should have watched Major League 2 before the season. The guys were out there trying to throw eliminators, humiliators, and terminators instead of just throwing a damn fastball.

Does Graz realize the things he says under his breath are said into an open mic? He's beyond negative and listening to him call a game is painful!! IMHO Andy knows basketball. I think his fundamentals tips should be channeled through coaching staff to players. I think there are most likely tapes of the broadcasts.
