Now that we are entering maac play in earnest I am curious to see what the predictions are now. Some still believe in a top 3 finish, some have given up. My main concern is lack of road wins, that's 10 right there. The maac may not be awesome but no one is truly awful either. They have also proven to lose home games so I'll say 2 of those.
Prediction 8-12, 7th in maac.

10-10 we aren't 10 claimers in a stakes race, but still not sure we could steer Secretariat through a left hand turn.

Than why post a comment? I'll side with gorvy, with the option that somehow we get a new coach, ( perhaps JP takes FMLA to loose weight) the same standard of ball will be acceptable.

Why do you bash the coach AD and admin in every single one of your posts regardless of topic? We know where you stand and have for quite some time. I feel you are going to be very, very, very disappointed next season when there's been no change in either the coach, AD or administrations regard of the basketball programs. Good luck with your quest.

Good luck with your quest. Don't know why you're so adamant the other way Racer unless you are on the Siena BOT or something. Nobody knows Patsos' contract situation. Siena has a quick trigger on coaches. They fired Rob Lanier after four years with two major tournaments (NCAA/NIT) on his ledger.

Honestly I would say 13-7 if wright started at the 1, clareth at the 2 long at the 3 bisping at the 4 and ogunyemi at the 5 for as much as possible. Every other lineup has been tried why not this one.

Good luck with your quest. Why? Because as a graduate, business major, trained well, someone who has run companies turned them around the change starts at the top. Will it happen, probably not, but if not you can kiss the program goodbye as you know it. I'll call it as I see it, seems you may not like me bashing the powers to be but you have offer no solution to the total lack of accountability by the administration. Just because they are the admin we should bow down to them and not question them. Afraid not partner. Call them as I see them. No change is needed for the good of the school in general.

Let's try to just post your predictions -- judgment free zone for the next 10 posts.

No clue - drank the Kool Aid while anticipating the return of a talented senior laden class, a could be phenom sophomore and what looked like a solid recruiting class and find myself the tail wagging the dog in the season prediction contest. The team is now foundering in uncharted waters, rudderless and headed for rocky shores - no way can I predict which team will show up on any given night let alone what our HC is "thinking" or "planning" - would love him to return to the stands and sit with anyone while Greg and company trim the ship but that ain't gonna happen....

I just don't think it's economically possible for them to provide a buyout. However, contract extensions without teeth may be made in a jesture of good faith. I have no inside knowledge, I just don't think paying for 2 coaches again will be doable. Hey, if change happens great but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Im with you I think at least one more year but somebody on here was strongly suggesting that the wheels were in motion for the end of the season. And if true the wheels would be in motion now as that is how it is done at Siena.

Mark Singelais Siena might want to look into this. Which Saint could most inconspicuously sneak into the Canisius huddle on Monday?

13-7, 12-6 from here on out. Not awful but below expectations.
