Next year it will be $40-$60 for the game at the TUC. It might draw 5k. Why would the prices go up at the TUC? I get why UA has the bigger prices. SEFCU is small, but if you have 15,000 seats available not sure why you couldn't keep it affordable for most fans.

I thought that Siena was sending a purchase link to season ticket holders? I never received it but thanks to this link I was able to purchase tickets yesterday. Thanks Mars.

I never got the email either . . . called the ticket off and they sent it to me (518.487.2202) . . . link opened at 9 . . . these must be tickets allocated Siena since gosaints00 used another link before 9 to purchase his . . . pathetic that UA could not sell out no matter what they tried . . . game will probably feel like a Siena home game . . . only the court, lack of beer & parking will be different :-)

He has no basis to say that.

Next year its part of a tournament. The sponsors of the tournament will determine the prices.

Next year its part of a tournament. The sponsors of the tournament will determine the prices. If it is a tournament with 4 major teams and 4 minor teams, the sponsors only care about the games involving the major teams. If it is a tournament with just 4 minor teams then whatever rinky dink sponsor they get isn't going to have much say.

So UAlbany is actually selling tix to the womens game (which i dont care about), then throw you out of the building, and make you buy a seperate ticket to the mens game? lol
Is that what Siena has been doing all these years? And if not, why not? What a scam.

Game still isn't sold out. Hundred tickets left as of this morning. Pathetic on part of Albany. Wonder if Siena is getting any money out of this or does Albany get to keep everything? Will our cheer and dance teams be there and the band? We allowed their kids when the game was at our place.

Seems like Siena fans aren't going to get shut out after all or there aren't that many interested in going to the game.

I think this game has made it really clear what percentage of the Albany-Siena crowd are casual fans that go out for the big local game when they can get reasonably cheap tickets but would never pay $40 to see the game. To me that is the biggest reason that Albany should be playing this game at the TUC. Those casual fans are the ones that Albany needs to draw interest from and the bulk of them only see Albany when they play at the TUC. Instead Albany is shutting out all the casual fans and only getting the hardcore fans, of which Siena has way more of them.

Seems like Siena fans aren't going to get shut out after all or there aren't that many interested in going to the game. Like yourself Plus,sSome don't want to go on a Sunday night either. I know a lot of Siena fans that refuse to go their gym.... Or pay $60 a ticket. Thing is Siena fans shouldn't even have had a chance to buy tickets to the bandbox. With UA such a powerhouse team and incredible sports programs across the board, why wouldn't people think after all these years of crying for a home game, they wouldn't sell it out in an hour? IF this game was at the ARC next year, it'd be sold out in a day.
