Admittedly, I am no longer a season ticket holder (living 1500 miles from Albany kinda gets in the way), so I won't comment on whether the tickets are worth the price or not. That is up to everyone, individually, to decide. But, it is like ground hog day out here. Every off season, the topics that dominate the posting: 1) transfers, 2) recruiting and 3) ticket prices. It never changes. Ticket price increases really stir up this crowd. It must be a fixed income situation. My guess is most of these guys (but certainly not all, but most) have a very comfortable fixed income, yet they still like to complain. And a lot of you aren't on fixed income and live a very comfortable life (we earned ours and you are earning yours) and you like to complain about the complainers!

Side Note: Mark Singelais There has been no letdown for @sienambb G Nico Clareth after an excellent freshman season. "Nico's our hardest worker,'' Jimmy Patsos said.

During this time of year in the off season, do the players just have pick-up games and workout in the weight room? or does the staff lay out different routines and drills ( after the season was over) for groups or individuals to work on. Anyone here around the campus often enough to be aware of what goes on?

Make no mistake I am on one of those "fixed" income guys having retired 13 years ago (as soon as my youngest son's final college payment was made), but I am expected a big bump next year when I am 70 1/2 and have to start drawing down the IRAs. That is the "beauty" of a well planned retirement plan. ;-) But you are correct on your last statement, I do enjoy complaining about the complainers. I think it adds balance to the board. ;-)

Absolutely I plan on reinvesting, that is what is meant by a "comfortable" fixed income. ;-)

Not that it will make a difference, but the lot closest to SEFCU is reserved for donors, and there is a $5 charge to park in the other on-campus lots, so you may want to reconsider your projected savings. :-) Nm

Didn't know most of the One Percent is right on this board! Just another example that you don't have to go to an elite school to achieve the American Dream. A decent education and hard work can go a long way. After your first job interview the college you attended is really insignificant, it is how well you produced at your first post graduation and subsequent jobs that matters.

did you guys get them online? All I can find is football season tickets available. You need to call, the number is posted on the web site. Prices went up since last year but imo reasonable. Chair backs $200, middle bleachers $150 and bleachers in the corner $100.
