Siena12077 thank you for the info. Now we have Greg-the brains of the operation, a camp in Boston , and the young player themselves responsible for development. Hmmmm Is that men and women? Just curious.

Haha they don't develop them. The kids must themselves or else they'll be recruited over GOOD! Not enough ACCOUNTABILITY nowadays with these kids. They think they sign a piece of paper when they're 18 and they get $250K handed to them. EVERY contract in sports should be a one year deal. That way people would play with some purpose and urgency.

College contracts are year to year. No more 250,000 deals handed out. Accountability should be to the coach the recommended school to invest in the player. A lot less transfers etc if every time a player left the school the coach would lose money. He would do a lot more to develope and retain the player and just go out and find another one.

Get JO over to Troy and let him start playing pickup with the kid. It'll help him develop.

Check out Williem Brandwijk's dunk - my guess is we see a much improved WB after RSing last year. http://instagram.com/p/BDg1UkVlOJu

Isn't the point to dunk in others' faces...and not your own?
Right in the beak.

Get JO over to Troy and let him start playing pickup with the kid. It'll help him develop. Coaches spend a lot of time with players at the D1 level doing individual training. That should be the time when players learn how to play. Pick up basketball develops instincts to use what a player already has in the tool box. Both tools are used at the highest level. One or the other is never enough.

I refuse to believe that kid would rather put a strangle hold on that bench his senior year than learn how to play. He already had a tool anyone can use.
