Courtesy: UAlbany Sports Information Release: 07/12/2012 Quick Facts: Bruxvoort, a Monroe, Iowa native, averaged 22.2 points and 8.9 rebounds a game his senior season. He scored over 1,782 points in his career at Prairie City Monroe H.S. The 6-foot-5 forward was named to the 2A All-Conference, All-District, All-Sub State and All-State First Teams. He will join the UAlbany men's basketball program as a preferred walk-on.
Brown on Bruxvoort: "Scott is an explosive athlete who will be making the transition to the perimeter on a full time basis at the D1 level, He plays extremely hard and is a big time dunker, He has all of the physical tools to be successful at our level". 1,782 points looks like the kid can play, he lives in Iowa, maybe Fran got his ear.....lol

Tony, clearly he's no Downey...He was a proffered walkon who got really home sick the minute his parents left. To bad, had a great skill-set. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fj190u41j04P.S. I never said he was as athletic as you'll ever see...

They don't need him. Coach Brown just said on Ch, 9 that Iati is better than Suero! They're good.

Was really suprised how much I heard Brown talk up his team yesterday. I have heard him interviewed at least 50 times and that was the most I have heard him like that.

And I was stunned that he looked straight into the camera for the first time since he's been the coach there.
