Mack had 35 points vs. LaSalle on 36 shots. He and his dad are a couple of real strange cats. I am not sure the kid has any legitimate offers at this point - he and his dad do a good job of overstating facts. And let's be honest, if you are from the 518 and aren't playing for Jim Hart......?!?!

One of his teammates signed with Stanford. Sorry to tell you, but a lot of of the top "518" players don't play for the Rocks. Only so many spots and Hart recruits out of area too much. Of the area seniors committed to D1, less than half played for the Rocks.

There are a lot of haters in the 518-- some on this board actually. City rocks doesn't mean anything .. Cremo , Nails, wincowksi. All committed d1 without playing under the eybl team. It's all politics just like some of you on here. Cremo and Nails are the best in area and some of us don like to face it. We all loved wincowksi until we don't have a ship for him anymore .. Only reason we love the huerters is because daddy is the announcer. Wake up

Mack, Kevin Huerter, Platek, Hameir Wright, and probably John Sica are better than Nails, Mack, Wright, and Kevin H better than Cremo. Tom Huerter Jr may surpass Nails this year too.

Actually the Huerters have done very well at various tournaments and independent press has praised them which tells me they did rather well. I also read Mack did rather well too. I look at what the scouts say first and that is a disservice to the kids to say we just want them because of daddy. I hear one can play for us and one probably not, also nails is very immature - have heard from multiple employees of the EGCSD

35 points on 36 shots. And that's not a one-off for him.

You guys have mentioned a bunch of non-City Rock kids that have moved on to low-major D-1 schools only. City Rocks have the best talent - if a player is an "up" player, they are playing for Hart. James Thomas, Mark Lyons, Tailor Battle, Ubiles, Jimmer etc - the local kids that can play at a high level all play for Hart.

Found another agenda for lucabrasi - disdain for City Rocks. Interesting.

And Patsos is WRONG on that and it ticks people off when he says it. That's probably my biggest beef with him. Jimmy, you're not at Loyola anymore!! Low-majors don't spend almost $3 million dollars on their basketball budget and play in front of 6000 plus people a game in a big arena. The MAAC is a hybrid of mid-majors and low-majors. This year not withstanding the conference is usually around 16-17 which is the quintessential mid-major. While Siena might not be an elite mid-major (i.e. A10, MVC, American conference) we don't expect to be compared to low-majors who spend half of what Siena spends and draws a fifth of what Siena does.

Found another agenda for lucabrasi - disdain for City Rocks. Interesting. You really are something. Because I actually know who plays for the Rocks and you don't, I have an agenda? Every "Rocks" player you just named played AAU at least 8 years ago. Hart recruits out of area, a lot of locals won't play for him anymore.
