Not only do I believe Siena will (or we'll) "Be Okay", but that's also the title of a Hit song on Sirius XM Hits 1 by the Band "Oh Honey". Oh Honey's lead vocalist is Danielle Bouchard daughter of two great Siena fans Terry and Debbie Bouchard. Here's the You Tube link to watch the video of this song. Be sure to play it on a computer/device that has very good speakers/headsets in order to fully enjoy it. The video is well made too. www.youtube.com/watch?v=15pMHi9h8rI For those who may remember Siena playing down in Greensboro, Terry was the "Fanimal" who led the students in with Big Jack Mulvey and the Bagpiper in Greensboro Coliseum during the Duke game. If you remember the ARC and Deane era, he also tag teamed with another body builder dude and both dressed up like Indians or Indian Chiefs and got the fans going during home games. I believe his wife Debbie was a cheerleader for Siena too but not positive. I know she was a cheerleader, but can't remember if it was fo Siena or not. Enjoy the video!!! It's contageous, I can't seem to get enough of this song.

Mrs. B was indeed a Siena cheerleader (I had her for a teacher at Shenendehowa).

One more video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_H6TOTDH2DsThis video was released for Valentines Day. It was a real wedding and the song was written for that couple. I realize this isn't necessarily a Siena topic, but Danielle (lead singer) is a Siena fan along with her parents. Tony, if you feel this should be moved to another area, please feel free to move it. I just thought it might be viewed more on the main site.

You're welcome, glad to share. But if it wasn't for Terry telling me about Danielle and the band, I probably wouldn't have found it on my own. I don't "surf the web" as well as others. Thank you Terry for sharing this with me so I could share it with the Siena Nation!!! Tony, I wonder how many members are from out of State? Seems like more than I would have imagined. Isn't technology and the internet great?

Fun song. It could just as well have been written about this young Saints team.

Fun song. It could just as well have been written about this young Saints team. I agree (the chorus at least would apply). That's my attitude, don't worry about the losses and bad decisions of the young team. Just keep cheering them on. Too bad the EOY banquet is on Monday. I would have liked to email the Athletic Dept this song so maybe they could have used it in their video clip of the season highlights. It's probably too late for them to add. Assuming the video is already made.

Oh my goodness, I am getting old... Happy for Terry (who btw I haven't talked to in years but was a great guy back in the day) & family as it looks like his daughter has real potential! Thanks for sharing and best of luck to the Danielle and her band mates!

Update to this post/story: I spoke with Terry atr the game today and he informed me of the below. This is amazing. I can remember Danielle coming to the Siea games with her parrents and sister when they were little. My how time flies, their all grown up now. blog.timesunion.com/localarts/shen-grad-signs-with-atlantic-records/32368/Great news for Danielle Bouchard and her band "Oh Honey". They just signed a signed a multi-record deal withAtlantic Records!!! TU Blog: Shen grad signs with Atlantic Records Posted on February 28, 2014 | By Amy Biancolli, arts writer Shenendehowa graduate Danielle Bouchard and Mitchy Collins, her partner in the recently formed folk-pop duo Oh Honey, signed a deal Thursday morning with Atlantic Records. “It was a dream she had since she was a little girl,” wrote her father, Terence Bouchard, in an email. “Dreams do come true.” Their effervescent debut song, “Be Okay,” has been in rotation on the satellite radio service SiriusXM Hits 1. Now based in Brooklyn, Bouchard graduated Shen in 2008 and Pace University four years later with a degree in acting. She and Collins formed the group last summer.

Just watching America's Got Talent (taped earlier this week), when a band finished performing and the judges were voting/commenting on their performance; and what song was playing in the background was Oh Honey's We'll be OK. How's that for free publicity!!! Hopefully they're getting some royalties of this .

Again, while watching America's Got Talent during the commercials I heard Oh Honey's I'll Believe We'll Be OK advertising the new movie "the hundred foot journey".
Look forward to hearing this song & other Oh Honey songs in the future!!!

Give a listen to again (or for the first time to any new comers).

Ran into Danielle at the Bucknell game. She must be home for the holidays. I believe she also made the Cornell game as well.
