The game before Frazier had 2 rebounds and a nice block at the basket, Carm took him out and that was it. If you do not allow your freshmen to develop by trial and error and not have to worry if your coach will take you out you're not a very good coach. I see promise in Frazier but there will be no development under Carm. Carm needs to take a long look in the mirror and see what the fans see, a coach out of his comfort zone! GO SAINTS!!

agree with big saint-really a question -but does anyone have any info practices? it seems we have an inordinate amount of injuries like concussions, etc-more than the usual. Are practices contributing in some way? sometimes when the wheels on the bus get loose, everything falls off...

I can only imagine what Deane, Bennerman and the rest of the 1994 team was thinking as they watched Carm and the current Saints. That team would demolish this one. Out coach and out play in ever aspect of the game. that 93-94 team was enjoyable and it might have been Deane's finest coaching job ever........on paper, that collection was basically middle of the pack, other than Bennerman it really was a "collection" of role players but each knew their job to a T, orchestrated by Deane............Stu Downing was a terrific athletic guard who made the all rookie team back in 1992 had been hampered by some nagging injuries late that season but the perfect compliment to Doremus providing scoring both from the perimeter & finishes at the rim, Matt Gras a solid center although not a defensive presence who could score around the basket, Brian Bidlingmyer a jack of all trades forward who did all the dirty work (still holds the school record for having 10 steals in a game), FR Geoff Walker who brought defensive energy and toughness that hasn't been seen for us in a very long time..........guys off the bench like Andy Shorkey who could rebound & defend the post, FR Andy Theis who was a deadly 3pt shooter to stretch the opponents defense, FR Jeff Muzynski a bruising forward from Buffalo who brought intensity on defense, then there were others like Mike McGhee another athletic forward who got in less than 10 games because of bad knee injuries would have been a star in the league..........Deane also brought in some international players, both Brian Balser & David Attewell from England, plus Harel Gadot from Israel, all were SO class at the time, they played sparingly but did provide solid minutes when called upon that season..............during that season Bennerman seemed just unguardable, it didn't matter who was trying to defend him or what defense was thrown at him, he was clearly locked in the entire yr and registered the highest yearly scoring avg of 26pts for any Siena player ever.......earned MAAC POY honors.......holds the NIT record still to this day for most total points scored in a single tournament, and as you know he won NIT MVP while his team finished 3rd (he is the last NIT MVP to ever to come from a non-NIT winning team).........

Seeing the 93-94 team reminded me what Siena basketball is all about - definitely not the garbage that Carm rolls out! Can only imagine what those individuals thought watching that shitshow…. Carm needs to go

Happened late in the game, but did anyone comment on the dunk from Ojo from Courtney's pass? I know it was a meaningless play at that point, but at least it was a feel good moment among a lot of feel bad moments for the game. Carm did in his postgame. Proud that they ran a play that actually worked coming out of timeout.
