After a decent 1st half return to "form" and another 20 pt blowout. Can't end soon enough.

I love Carms post game comments “we just have to continue to get better” you can’t get any worse! Our offense doesn’t exist-Same high ball screen dribble around and wait for a bad shot. We can’t execute a simple post entry pass. Continue to turn the ball over and can’t defend. I was hoping to get better as the season progressed with guys returning from injuries but we continue to look like the bad news bears the bad news bears were lovable-this team could be if Quitter Carm faced some karma and actually quit..as coach. Or was encouraged to....I still feel bad for the team who does play hard but QC puts them in bad combos and situations and just seems to stop coaching or giving a shite at all.

We NEED Ojo on the floor. His silly fouls are killing us. Absolutely, it’s the part of his game that’s holding him back right now, I think as he plays more he’ll stop with the swatting and reaching. Ojo also shows more energy and leadership than any of the older guys.

When will Carm admit that he didn’t recruit D1 players this past year except for maybe Ojo and his sophomores are terrible too. Last years vets carried them and they were only role players and not looked upon to score. This team has no offensive flow, ability to score inside and the ability to make open 15 footers. The guards constantly get beat to the basket and the big men don’t box out or hang on to the ball when they do get a rebound!! Does anyone have a stat that shows our field goal percentage from 5 ft or less from the basket? We certainly can’t finish!

Woof must have been another inspiring Carm Parm half time speech 🥴. Once again we come out in the 2nd half and lay an egg. This is so repetitive… it’s a coaching problem! Carm postgame radio interview said it was because their will to win was greater than our will to win 🙄 I hate that line. We lost because we couldn't put the ball in the basket as well as they did. We got killed on the boards too, because we have soft hands and no athleticism under the basket. Will to win can't overcome those flaws.

We got killed on the boards too, because we have soft hands and no athleticism under the basket. Will to win can't overcome those flaws. I don't disagree. The will may be there, but the ability of all but a very few is not there. Every player has flaws, even the best players don't have a DI handle and all the bigs lack either the strength or the hands to catch and finish or secure and retain a rebound or even boxout opposing rebounders. The fault rests with the coach who recruited this group of players. With so few decent offensive players there are only one or two "threats" on the floor at any time and it is easier to lock them down and eliminate any decent chance of scoring a basket. That is proven by the multiple, minutes long scoreless stretches throughout any given game. On the defensive end, there is limited ability to stay in front of your man and that flaw is compounded by the inability to rebound and allowing numerous second and third chance baskets in the paint. Again, not so much "will" as ability. Certainly when you consistently get down by 15-20 it can be demoralizing and the "will" does faulter. That is human nature. Will is not the root cause but rather a consequence of poor recruiting.

The silver lining here is we get the 1st pick in next years draft! Oops, wrong sport If you want guys with "greater will," THEN RECRUIT THEM. If they dont have talent, or will, then guess who F'ed up??

It's too bad those players have to hear that on a nightly basis. It's one thing to hear it once after a loss as a sort of coach speak, but you hear it too many times and it's just a personal attack. Meanwhile he didn't feel the need to fill all the scholarships. I'm definitely disappointed and unusually surprised with the direction this coaching hire went.
