Just read on Verbal Commits that our former shooting guard Jordan Horn has entered his name in the Transfer Portal and is leaving North Dakota State. That two transfers in two years. Surprising considering his performance late in the NCAA game I watched in March against Duke. Here today and gone tomorrow...

Jordan only played 11.8 min a game last year, he was 9th or 10th man on N Dakota state team – and all guards ahead of him last year are back this year. Have no idea on any incoming freshmen or transfer guards North Dakota has coming in. In all honesty Jordan would be better served going D2- kid can shoot just doesn’t have speed to defend D1 guards

I guess it's a generational thing, but I don't understand how people can just bounce around from school to school.Seems lacking in direction and commitment.

I don’t understand how the last institution they attend grants a degree. Some of these kids have credits from 3-4 schools

I guess it's a generational thing, but I don't understand how people can just bounce around from school to school.Seems lacking in direction and commitment. In Jordan's case I seem to recall that part of the reason he went to NDSU was to be closer to his high school girlfriend. Their relationship may have ended and he realized he was stuck in North Dakota for no good reason. No idea if this is actually the case but there could be a good explanation for bouncing around schools beyond a lack of direction and commitment. I wish him luck at the D2 level, he should be really good there.

Jordan will do well at D2 level- he will be following quite of few Jimmy recruits that ended up at D2 – Jimmy Paige, WB, Maurice White to name a few

That’s the school! Lol. U-T Permian something UT Permian Basin. Kid will probably kill it at D2 level. They're a solid contender, having gone to the D2 sweet 16 year before last.
