They just lost Maddie Sims after her junior year and no certain destination. Lost the best player on the team two years ago to transfer. Not a good trend for Siena

Doesn’t women's hoops have it’s own page? Yes OI but it’s odd when your best player transfers in June

not for nothing, but is the women's coach on the hot seat yet? Of course not. The baseball coach has been here 100 years with 2 NCAA trips. There’s no accountability.

Recruiting isn’t an issue, retention is an issue

Obvious double standard in evaluating the performance of the men's and women's programs. Would any men's coach still be around after posting the record of the women's coach over the last 7 years? Very doubtful based on history.

Very doubtful based on history. For better or worse, the men’s program has an infinitely higher profile than the women’s program. As a season ticket holder for both teams (at least I was until I moved a year ago), I ask.......how many people really care about the women’s program? Care enough to actually pay for and attend any of their games? Based on attendance over the years, I have to say, not very many at all. Maybe that explains your “double standard”.

The administration requires immense pressure to take action even when the schools highest profile sport is flailing. Are you shocked that they don't act when a lower profile team is in question?

Maybe if they started cranking out some winning seasons like Marist and Quinnipiac, more people would care and more would attend the games. If the administration settles for mediocrity or less, than the double standard is real.Should they not have the same expectations for both teams?
