Try even two minutes of any of this (men or women) much less the 8 minutes, no time-outs, no substitutions. Athleticism, precision teamwork and endurance (and some pretty slick moves too!) :-) Not knocking it. PH wasn't the first to do it. Back in the mid-1970's one of my fellow firemen had a son who played for the Metro Mallers. The coach at the time took the entire team up to Saratoga to work out with the NYCB, Eddie said his son told him it was the hardest workout he had ever had in his life.
