Down 14 at the half....this game is over. Tony called it 100% right. Please do not go to the CBI end this season at 16-17.
I really hope Siena and Patsos can work something out. I 100% guarantee next year will be a blood bath with the lack of talent. Why not start the REAL rebuilding now?
I'm sick of watching teams like Iona and Monmouth and feel like we're playing against high-majors teams. Lack of talent...turnovers, no discipline - I can't take another season of this shit.

No I think that care, but they are tired and that leads to turnovers.

We simply do t have enough quality players. They do. Even walk ons are killing us. On to the next chapter! Ps-crowd very disappointing. Not sure Jimmy can survive the drop in attendance. No reason to keep Patsos, I won't give one more penny until he is gone.

Long comes back second half and maybe clareth can gut it out for 20 min. Got to win the first 4 min to get the crowd back in it, then creep closer hopefully Monmouth gets tight from the 8 minute mark forward. Or the season is over in about 20 minutes and for some hopefully the end of the patsos regime.

agree with both MTS and Greenblood. Kids are tired, disparity of talent Siena does not go after juco or transfers of high quality. How else does anyone think these teams reload.
Scheduling of games is BS. I get it first place team, gets a day off. semi final Saturday play them in the afternoon no start time 930 pm. Bogus for teams as well as attendance.

Disagree on both counts. It's been done here before, we don't need juncos and transfers to win. We need hard working recruiters who don't give away schollies to appease friends. As to the second point, in a one bid league got to do all you can to make sure your top team goes. Maybe Monmouth can make some money for us this year, as Siena's credits are running out. Don't get bitter, get better.

I already stopped giving, but contrary to what some want to believe, I still support the kids and hope they go on to have productive, successful lives.

Those 2 categories are also recruited, and can fill positions easily with less conjecture on how a recruit will turn out. Yo want to be competitive than you play by the rules your competition does. I might no like it any more than you but it is reality. Having the stars come together as Fran did may happen once every 25 years, but as we both know this isn't 10 years ago times change and you better change with them.

Gorvy on a roll-- we dont need Juco-- need to recruit top notch mid major talent. Guys are tired- plus Monmouth is much more talented as 7 straight wins over this Siena team would indicate

Dave...you can't recruit JUCO and transfers coming down from high major schools without a broader academic base and a larger number of masters programs, period. The only way for Siena to be better in this league is to recruit well and develop higher level talent consistently. It's not easy but it can be done.
