That was the worst game I've ever seen. Siena would have better playing a green and gold game. 4000 at best in attendance. I agree- virtually unwatchable(worst D1 team I've seen including NJIT- first year). Thank God they serve alcohol at the TUC. Not sure how this helped anything other than to give guys minutes that don't usually play. What I saw between WB and EF play- it was a push. I know the narrative on this site and maybe we need to give it more time but right now there's not much difference no matter how some people want to spin it.

Best part of the game was during the 10 min timeout when Indiansaint's Mom answered two of three Siena trivia questions correct for a prize pack. Way to go Mom!!! I thought it was mcaafrey too No, I think coach Mac was one of two coaches with the highest winning % but only coached for 5 years; coach Cunha coached for like 20+ years. (And they didn't qualify it to D1 wins. So Cunha would be the winner no matter what. I think Mike Deane had more wins than Fran, again he coached more than Fran's 5 years.

Tonight will help the defensive numbers. The 5 fg's pine hills made WB was defending. He needs more time. Not One three made is embarrassing.

At one point towards the end of the game we had four freshman and a (Sr) Merrill on the floor; reminded me of Fran's days with four freshman and a (Sr) Beers. Could be a lethal combination!

A couple of times EF had the ball at 3 PT line and passed up the 3 ball only to pass it into the post. He did that at least twice, that I saw. That's an improvement in his game. How about Jimmy Merrill, has three quick rebounds in the first two mins he played. KK, what's his rebounds/30 mind, like15? Maybe he should get EFs& WBs mins?

With the new maac scheduling these "tournaments" should go away soon. Still I don't mind given the slow start and the road game coming up. I left at 17 minute mark and was home by 8:30, similar to the Fran days lol.

Good bounce back win. Team played hard on defense. Lavon with a really nice game. Too many turnovers can't go back to that. Better on the glass. Still worried about Brett. To win the MAAC Brett has to be Brett. On to UAlbany - Nico is back and we have the full team for the first time all year. Dear God that game was unwatchable! Great bounce back win, Mike? You've got to be kidding I've seen better high school teams. The only thing great about that game was the end. I didn't think we played particularly well in tonight's scrimmage either and I'm more than a bit worried about Sunday.

Dear God that bordered on unwatchable, the best part of the game was the end. Funny, those are almost the exact words Rhode Island fans said about the Marist game. I don't mind being mentioned in the same way as then #21 ranked RI.

If we didn't play particularly well and still beat a team by double digits, that's a positive. I remember Fran's teams sometimes not playing well and still pulled out a win. I wouldn't worry too much about Sunday's game; life's too sort to be worrying about something out of your control.

We beat a team that would probably get smoked by some DIII schools. I didnt see anything positive. Brett should have been rested. Friday Shivers WB And Tommy should have played a ton in this game. I have no idea what Patsos is thinking.

I'm slightly disappointed. As Hankla has said, we seem to get 12-14 pages of posts when we lose games we should have won but when we win a game we should have won we only get 4. How sad is that?
Of course two of the 4 pages is disappointment with the win by having to play an inferior team or that we didn't play well enough. Sorry Jimmy & Team, we fans don't seem satisfied. We have a request, please do better next time.

I agree, Siena could have played better. We have things to work on. I believe Jimmy even acknowledged that in his post game press comments.

I know it's late on Thanksgiving Eve but I want to prove Hankla wrong. I'm hoping to get 13-14 pages of comments after a Siena win (no matter how ugly a win some may consider it). Please help me out, I can't do it by myself. Need some help.
When we lose, there's at least three fans that will keep the loss thread going strong. I'm looking for a couple fans to help me keep the winning game tread going; any takers?

Before the game I was happy to hear patsos address the defense on the radio. He correctly stated that we were a stop away from truly putting a scare at Kansas. Then of course the wheels came off at unc Asheville. Today I felt the defense played with more intensity. A positive sign imo.
I don't know why the fans are so hung up about playing a poor team. The high majors do this all the time. We have a few maac teams that are no better than this one. It's a good chance to run your stuff and try a few things. Lavon got back in the scoring column that has to help a bit.

Lavon looked great and sounded happy when speaking. A positive from this game.
