Another classic from Jimmy: he referred to Zach Bye as "Will Brown Jr." in the interview.

Pull game out of season ticket package and all set... That's fair. Neutral site although its Siena's home court, sell tickets first come first serve. If a Siena season ticket holder wants their seat go early and try to get it. I posted this many many yrs ago...............game belongs at TUC only, have a large number of tickets to each school, then the rest are up for grabs for everyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Next year's game IS the compromise everyone's looking for, yes? If it's successful, I don't see why they wouldn't continue it that way.

From the Siena perspective, the combination of going to SEFCU this year and the handling of next year's game ARE BOTH part of the compromise. I think it will be interesting to see what happens next year in terms of attendance. It is a Siena home game for purposes of the exempt event (Albany will also host Bryant and Siena will play at Bryant as part of the event), so if the statement above is correct, it really isn't a home game in the truest sense of the word. That having been said, if the 2017 game draws at least 11,000, I don't have a problem with that ticket format continuing. Jimmy is certainly not right about everything, but he is right that if the game is to be played, it needs to be played downtown.

I got my UA season tix in the mail yesterday. Veryyyyy weird! lol
ps-I thought my solution (not sure what thread I put it in last week) made a lot of sense for the series to continue downtown. It's where the game belongs, not for Siena College, but for this community, which UA is part of. And yes, it's a great game for UA. Especially their influential alumni.

KS, if Bryant is the mid-major we are playing on the road (UGH, we just recently went to their place).................any sense of who that possible HIGH MAJOR might be?, and would that be a road game or any chance we get to host (or at least get a return game)?

The two other road games for each of Siena, Albany and Bryant are Louisville and Memphis. The biggies get three home games and a neutral site game (Brooklyn or some such venue) and the other three each get one home and one away in their round robin.

I don't know if Albany or Saratoga's red light districts would satisfy his players (or recruits). But the TUC is a short drive to Montreal where the Louisville players (& recruits) would find appealing. Let's make the home & home series happen!

If Saints don't win this game it will be a huge disappointment even though it is a non conference game.

Excels at that. now if he could keep his mouth shut he'd be coaching in a more notable institution right now.
