....in for an official tomorrow. Staff really likes him. From Lenox, Mass., but plays at Vermont Academy, so he's basically a local kid. 6'5" athletic wing that can score in bunches.

Let's get him. He has had a good spring and can shoot the lights out. Heard a kid from Baltimore will be visiting soon

Patella looks like Poole with more agility and hops. I'd be pretty happy with that one.
He's ranked #22 on NERR. That's in the MAAC star sweet spot range.

I though KR was more of a shorting guard

Do we have a PG once Weight leaves other than Worm? I though KR was more of a shorting guard Wormley and Smithen seem like they can probably be serviceable PGs. I'd be ok with loading up on wings. But we could use the 4th on a PG too. Who cares about McLaren? WB, Fisher, Degnan, Oduro, Friday. That's 5. Never more than 5 bigs in this league. Never. I'd be upset with a 6th big. Guards and wings: Lock and load.

Iona is going into this year with only 3 bigs right now. I don't think they're too concerned with which guards will leave after this year.

Prince and Patella would be very nice to start off the class. Hope his visit goes well this week!
Any word about Siena bringing Terry Nolan, Jr. in for a visit? I think Nico was recruiting him on twitter.
I would agree unless a big moves on I don't see a reason to sign McLaren.
We have a lot of PT to offer in 2017-18 so no reason why we should not sign two impact guys and get a third who is solid as a frosh. Only guy who has a starting spot locked up in 17-18 is Nico.

Can Nolan shoot or is he just more of an attacker?
Williams seems like a shooter.
Nolan could maybe give us another PG option.
How about we go Patella, Williams, Nolan, Oduro and call it a year?

Terry Nolan is all around 6"3 combo guard who has huge upside. Nolan has potential to blow up this July. Has high major athleticism. He needs to continue to add strength.
Jihar Williams is shooter with deep range in good size at 6"5. He was top 10 in made 3s at UAA shooting 41%. Will be a very good college player. He needs to become a better ball handler in the open court.
Everette Hammond is a steady PG who can shoot and at 6"3 can play off the ball as well. Hammond had a very good spring, very good Asst to turnover ratio with 28 Asst to 6 turnovers & top 10 made 3s at UAA shooting 42%. Few A10 are high on him. He needs to become a better off ball defender.
All three are getting recruited from A10, CAA, MAAC schools.
If Siena gets anyone of the three they will be getting a good player and good kid.

Hammond is the best bet out of that group. Staff likes him, and it's reciprocated.

They all are different and all have different strengths and weakness. Depends on what the staff needs who's the best fit. All 3 as of right now are good mid major prospects. The staff offered all 3 kids. Slim he said "best bet" meaning our best shot of the three .. Not best player of the three.

I haven't seen any of them play except for a few YouTube videos. Hammond seems to be the safest bet to accept our scholarship offer first. They loved Morsell the most, but feel he's moved on from the MAAC.
