Prob 6100 announced with 5k actual fannys in seats. They didn't scan the crowd that much but when they did you could see a lot of empty seats. So 5k sounds accurate.

Nico has a way better 2pt FG% than Brian Parker. Spread the word.

Nico is a way better all-around player than Parker. I missed the home game vs. Rider and have not seen Iona or Canisius live, but if there were a draft of the current freshmen across the league and I had first pick, I would take Nico in a heartbeat. I think if the eleven coaches were honest on this subject, they would all do so too.
Nico for ROY.

He is getting shafted week after week. PARKER ISN'T MAKING Marist any better.

My top 2 freshman are Nico and Seaborn. Portney and Parker are nice players but helped by the fact that both Marist and St Peters lack scorers. I also like the forward from Quinipiac.

Nico is the real deal. I hate to put pressure on the kid but I believe he easily could be the next Kenny Hasbrouck if he puts the work in and from all indications he's a kid always working hard to get better. He's also taller than Kenny and more athletic. The sky is the limit for him. I would not be surprised to see him as a first team all-MAAC player the next three years. As good as an offensive player he is his defense is even better. He is going to be a big time player for Siena.

This is rare for me because I almost always try to calm fanning the flames of expectations, therefore I feel a little weird writing it. Nico can be MORE than Kenny. Not saying he will but he can be more than Kenny. Kenny worked so hard, played very good D and had a great mid-range game. Nico has a very very good all around game coupled with size and swaggy explosiveness that will silence crowds on the road and while raising the roof of the TUC. Of course there is a lot of ball to play before they can truly be measured along side each other but IMO Nico has the potential to be more. Looking forward to seeing him make his mark at this year's MAAC tourney and destroy the league the next 3 years!

Nico could be one of the top players to ever play at Siena. Kid is a talent. Only a freshman and has never carried himself as one. I'm looking forward to watch him grow.

With a strong finish the crowds will start to pick up next year.
