Iona is missing that Laury could shoot from the outside, drive in the lane, rebound, and typically needed two defenders to guard him. Good ball handling skills. A true point forward. He opened the floor for English, Williams, Amayo, and Casimir last year. Much (he became eligible this year) is a dangerous second option on this team in my opinion. He's shooting lights out from 3. Yes, exactly. Laury was a mismatch problem. He was a guy that had to be specially accounted for no matter where he was on the floor and that took some pressure off of guys like English. Washington, Rountree, and Bessick are decent for this conference but they don't have all the dimensions that you had to account for with Laury. These guys aren't going be popping 3's and running the point.

Well before Siena plays Monmouth, they have to a lot of work to do! 1. Stop the dumb turnovers 2. Stop taking bad shots 3. The 4+ minute scoring droughts have to end!

We can't be averaging 16+ turnovers per game playing against a team who averages 10...but also steals the ball like they do. Siena likely can't "out energy" Monmouth at the guard positions. There's too much quality depth there and they have 5 good guard scorers. Siena has a way higher FG% and better scoring forwards but their bigs are very tall. They are stiff but they play big. With the way their guards get after it and those guys just eating space...they are playing very good defense right now. Key will be how Bisping and JO do vs. their 6-10 guys. Also, we need to learn to play defense. We're not doing a great job of it right now. If the Saints can keep them from going off from 3, take care of the ball, and JO and Bisping can finish around their taller bigs....then Saints can win. But be sure, they are playing very well right now. Luckily, we have a ton of time to get better before we face them.
