Nice signing!! You never can have too many good guards. He had some pretty solid offers.
Welcome to the Siena family, Khalil!!

Sienna got a baller point blank. The only reason the offers were not higher was because he played off the ball. He was taller than the other guards

Who were the solid offers? www.verbalcommits.com/players/khalil-richardGeorge Mason (A10), Cleveland State, Wright State (two good Horizon league programs), Towson (CAA). Not "super high" offers but solid mid-major D1 offers from good leagues.

LMAO the kid is a baller point blank. Dont care who offered him Sienna got a steal. Trust me. He scores at will and did it against the best in AAU. The only problem is he played with smaller guards in a 3 guard offense. The other guard on the team has an offer from George Town. You guys should be happy he commited early. He was on varsity since day one at SAF

I agree - looks like a straight up Ryan Oliver replacement. Even had a Fairfield offer to his name like Rolly. (FWIW I expect big things from Oliver this year.)

Give him a chance, he won't be on campus for 10 months.

Richards looks to be a pretty solid MAAC recruit. fact he is a combo probably held his offers down a bit, he looks to be about 6 foot tall. He is in DMV top 10 players, Maryland hoops top 13 in state
BTW Big SaintG started this this recruiting thread 2 years ago with a story on Khalil ( 1st story in this thread)

I noticed that Glad to have this kid but not too many years ago Siena was recruiting head to head with the A10 and even some of the lower Big East schools. That is why other solid offers are of interest. If you have been on the board for a while you will have seen that the fans know that "stars" are BS and often the result of how high they are being recruited. Great to have local input from you and Slim
