Since there isn't many of these, we'l only do 20  MY worst was losing to Albany State at the ARC when they were D-3, and we had moved to D-1. The last game of the series til it came back to the Pepsi. |

U MASS in the NIT Bob Lawson was loading the bus a few minutes early never got to THE GARDEN That one hurt. The one that got away. All we had to do was better guard the inbound pass to the 3/4 court to make them burn more time. At least we hopefully learned from that one. |

We could possible add the game at Marist a couple years ago. We let that one slip away, but it might not make the top 20.

A couple, loss to Rhode Island in Orr's year ... kept Saints from getting NIT bid.
Loss to Iona in MAAC championship game during Hewitt's last season.
Last one I remember more in theory, Siena was killing a team in the first half of a game in the mid to late 80's. We left the arc at half time and met up with some friends at the Little Horn (or whatever it was called then) and found out that Siena had blown the lead and lost the game. Kind of the anti Lars Lifrak game.

The day Art Smith did not qualify for his sophomore year. That kid was a beast and could have been an all time great

The loss to UNH Marc Browns freshmen year-- New Hampshire stunk that year -- Saints ( actually indians then) were #1 seed UNH was last

So painful! Our center got two technicals for pre-game dunking. Never noticed he got the first one and dunked again as the coaches screamed at him not to do it. We were done 6 points in the first minute since Albany scored on its first possession. |
