Let's see games that haven't been mentioned - here's 5 top 80 games of all-time for sure.
-Vanderbilt 2008 NCAA tournament - Siena wins 83-62 one of the biggest margin of victories for a 13 seed over a 4.
-Siena 79 Stanford 67 - Josh Duell outplaying future NBA player Robin Lopez at the TUC
-Siena 81 Fresno State 68 - Siena wins the CBI title first ever national postseason championship in school history (modern era)
-Siena 77 Niagara 70 - Kenny Hasbrouck puts Siena on his back to win the MAAC championship
-Siena 72 Fairfield 65 (OT) - Three-peat game Siena rallies to force overtime and once again go to NCAA tournament

I wasn't a Siena student 'til the aughts, so my exposure to the program was limited until then. But here's a few highlights I remember off the top of my head (aside from those already listed, all of which I endorse):
- March 2002 - Dwayne Archbold balling out in the MAAC tournament to steal the auto bid for Siena. He averaged over 30 points the last 3 games of the MAAC tourney. - March 2002 - Prosper Karangwa torching Alcorn St. in the play-in game. - March 2008 - Siena tops off 17 point comeback against Loyola in MAAC Semis with Josh Duell's pivot-'round-the-world that brought the house down. - Winter 2008 - Clarence Jackson's baseline drive and explosive dunk at Pitt. - January 2009 - Siena refuses to go down without a fight against defending Nat'l Champions Kansas Jayhawks at The Phog. I believe they were down 17 but pulled within 4 late in the 2nd half. The uneasiness was palpable in Phog Allen, and even though it resulted in a loss, it was definitely a revelatory moment that that group of players were really special. - December 2010 - Ryan Rossiter showing he can mix it up with the big boys, posting 19 & 13 (or, as Ryan calls it, "just another Wednesday") against visiting Georgia Tech to carry the Saints to victory.

The "Mitch is gonna get fired" chant that Coach Osterman, BSG, The Tee Pee Rowdies, and I led during Biz's last game in a Siena uniform. He absolutely murdered FF that night. Mitch was sitting on the bench with his head in his hands. It was an all time classic night at The ARC. I'll try to post a link to Mike Deane's hilarious post game comments.

As I remember, the final was 84-44 and Biz equalled the Stags' total points even though he sat out the last seven or eight minutes of the game. If Mike had kept him in, Doremus probably wouldvnut have the singlecgame scoring record. Another game worthy of mention was the game at the Paestra vs. St. Joe's in late December, 2008. CJ had 28 or 29 and Ryan converted two free throws with a second and change left for a one point win.

I91 was the human arrow I remember the Rowdies taking a skinny kid, lifting him and pretending to get ready to throw him (rocking him back & forth like they'd launch him forward). Was that him?

Billy Kirsch's D2 Siena Indians beating Seton Hall down there. Not as good as the Cansius win mentioned previously but a good one.

How about the Iona MAAC Quarterfinal / Shawn Green game in 1991? It was a painful loss, but a triple (?) overtime thriller. Huerter hit that 30 footer to go to OT.

Wasn't that the shot that bounced on the rim, like three times, before dropping in - adding even more suspense for that long second or two? That was assume, I'll never forget that game.

One that hasn't been mentioned was the afternoon game against Manhattan is 1993 or 1994 when we down about about 20 at the half then came storming back to win with a huge contribution by Jarming White coming off the bench. A number loyal Siena fans, including mjs72, were so disgusted they they left at the half. Needless to say, I called mjs72 on my way out of the arena after the comeback win. :-)
