I think we got a steal here..... As he adds upper body strength this will become more and more apparent. Also... check the first video around the 30 second mark. Check out who tries to draw a charge on a driving fisher.... nico clareth :-)

I totally agee-with time this kid will shine! ! You would be amazed now many of these kids don't lift in high school! I guess some coaches don't care or think it's important!! Which I find amazing !!

Fischer also has nice post game with legit jump hooks with both hands. He's very good on the offenseive side of the ball. His next step will be to improve on defense like most young players.

Fisher looks decent on offense but we knew that. I haven't seen anything to prove Slim wrong on the defensive side of the ball either in this video or his stats. I think he's gonna take a bit of time to come around to D1.
He has some grit and flair to him though. I think he's a future double digit type scorer but he needs work in other areas.
I don't think he's gonna beat out Bisping next year because of those other areas.
I watched most of a Wormley game last night. Man, I'm trying so hard to see it. That Riverdale Baptist team plays out of control and Wormley was no exception. He's athletic and you see some potential moves...but I didn't see him finish them in this game. He over penetrates some too.. forces things...and believe me it was not due to good defense.
I don't know what we're going to get out of this kid. He is no Wright. He could be just another 6-3 athlete.
I need to watch more.
From what I've seen so far, I'd trust Oliver and his conservative approach over him.

Wormley is meant to back-up Wright - think 10 minutes per game or so. Keep him in that context and you'll find he'll do just nicely. He's not intended to be a 30 minute a game player. He will also serve nicely as a late close game defensive specialist. He brings a level of athleticism that is sorely needed in Siena's backcourt. Fisher is ahead of where Bisping and Rossiter were at the same point in their careers. Like most MAAC big men, he won't be a stud out of the gate - but he has the potential be an all-league big man before his career is over.

I too don't think he'll beat out Brett, rather he'll hopefully be Brett's replacement after Brett graduates.
