Just remember at the end of the day most of us want a winning program. It's been awhile. The win was better than losing. Today will be tougher. Lot of work left to do.

C'mon guys...I believe you are nitpicking here over words too. Nobody is saying this was a win to hang their hat on, just that a win is better than a loss. We were up by 15 a couple times and won by 9...still beat the spread FWIW and for anybody who follows that stuff. As far as expected wins go....there are upsets all the time, so again, a win is a win. Back to .500, lets improve on that today!
Cheer on our Saints today!!

LMAO here. Nothing wrong with passionate fans. Most here are passionate but also objective. All have good points and look at the program as if it is a different level, not much in the level but somewhere in between. We all want to see wins, a W is a W. Really look at the state of the program we most likely have to find fault with the administration. Continuity is needed. I happen to agree with the JP hire, may not bring us back to the Fran days of 3 in a row but should have many 20+ seasons. Man knows his limitations. Has proven he can coach in the MAAC. At least lets give him a chance. Mitch I never had ant use for, but can you blame him for taking the offered position, admins fault. Siena will be back, kids want to know their coach will be around for 4 years, the revolving door at the school for coaching needs to stop. How bad is the admin, could have had Dean back as an assistant, how about matt Brady, what did these 2 gentlemen do besides help Siena win and the admin turned their back on them.

We all want "W"'s, we know we will get "L"'s, occasionally, "E"'s (embarrassments) infrequently, and hopefully no "H"'s (humiliations) EVER - OBTW, Canisius game was, IMO, an "H" and then some!

Sometimes humiliations happen. Ask Fran about the Wisconsin game. Wisconsin is good, but Fran had a top 25 team going into the game. At least Siena was playing without three of their best players when they got beaten badly. Fran had a full squad.
