It would be great if Siena is able to make a statement in this weekend's games:
Two weekend home games Students are back No football competition
Let's see what the boys can do. Looking forward to seeing them compete this weekend.

Two HUGE games...Do I dare say "MUST" win games??
It's time to DEFEND the home court. If we can get to 6-4 in the league we could really step ourselves for a run at the top 4.
Marist is struggling but they will be desperate on Friday night. Hart and Lewis are two outstanding players. Getting Poole back should help us.
If we can even get even HALF of what we got from WB and Paige the rest of the season we'll be in decent shape!

Yeah - these are big games! So is it definite Poole is back and what's White's status with regard to his injury? Has there been an announcement as to whether he is expected to play?

This weekend Siena plays on Friday and Sunday. Sunday's opponent St Peters plays on Wed and Sunday. Yet another game against a more rested opponent. I mentioned this issue on the call in show last Sunday but still have no idea how equitable the entire league schedule is for the 11 teams over the course of the entire campaign. If it did turn out that somehow Siena was getting more rested opponents than anyone else in the MAAC I would hope Siena would demand answers. If there's math students out there far better than me, I would love to see the numbers.

Zach did the math and posted the results on the MAAC board. Siena gets screwed the most on that

Until somebody answers whether or not the arena had availability issues you can't just assume it is the MAAC's or Siena's fault. Also to maximize attendance and keep the students in school as much as possible we do not want to play games on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Using an off campus arena that is shared does create scheduling challenges I would assume

Its something needed to do in March. Doing it vs Marist and SPU is a start.

Let's bring some noise on Sunday.....instead of being reactive to the game and start cheering when the saints hit a 3 or go on a run, let's give them a spark early on and help give them a lift! Can we please try to help the team avoid the slow, sluggish starts? Especially at home. Let's get on the peacocks early!!!

Although I don't care for some of the chants the students did a great job from the beginning and all game long.

I don't like Sunday 2pm games. Small no energy crowd. Hockey gets most Saturday's.

Will be an interesting game. 2 teams that were picked to finish in the top 4 afflicted with injuries. Will come down to who makes the plays. Good luck Saints.

There is no need for the chants from the student body with the U-SUCK reference. Why cant they have songs(chants) like other schools. The last time we went to Dayton I was Totally embarrased by thier behavior and mouth. The Ohio St. fans were very supportive of the school without the profanity. If this were my son he would get a swift kick in the you know what!%$@##^&
