I think I follow Siena basketball pretty closely, but I am a bit lost as to Ryan Kelley being on the roster. Can anyone fill me in as to what is happening? Thanks, in advance.

Very similar to Henry Rowengartner in the 90's baseball movie, "Rookie of the Year." Kelley fell down, hurt his arm, and now can make 3's from anywhere all the time. He's going to be our secret weapon in the MAAC part of the schedule.

Bench was getting a little thin - Jimmy needs at least 5 kids in uni's at the far end so he will have a larger audience for his in-game rants and lectures! Laughable point in our history - sitting 3-4/1-1 after two of the worst played/coached games in recent memory and our biggest news story is signing a new walk-on! Let's go Greyhounds! OOOOOPPPPPSSSSS!

We had a brief thread about it, but didn't get much more of the backstory. He's been a team manager. He was promoted to the active roster after the Rider game. 6'3" sophomore. It was the same week Long was promoted to co-captain, so I don't know to what extent Coach was looking to shake things up to get more of a spark. With Bisping out, it could just be to make sure there are enough players who can practice. Who's got more to the story?

There you go... we have lost 3 bodies from practice so far this season. Probably need another body

From what I hear, Ryan was a pretty good high school player. As long as he has good fundamentals, he should be an asset in practice. In fact, maybe he will 'toughen' up a few guys if he lights them up. Just saying, he could end up an MVP. We need a shake up..I personally don't care if it comes from the guy/gal in the St. Bernard suit as long as it comes!
