Only in "preseason" real life KK and as I said our leading scorer is on 1st team. I like this poll because it has the best at each position. When we win the MAAC I predict Bisping and Long will move up. If Bisping blows up even more this year he could also make 1st team for the MAAC champions but that is a long shot as a jr to make the post season list.
Only 5 sophomores on the list all made the All Rookie team except one

Its all good...you dont have to I just thought you would want to since stats are your thing. The Saints have their top 3 scorers on the list. And a 1st team selection because we are picked to contend. Pretty self explanatory

How can Patsos be Coach of the Year? What is that based on? Do we always pick a preseason coach of the year? ANd lol 4 teams, is that because there are 11 teams? Where is the 5th team?

I saw this poll last year and they were close to the final selections. I like how they go by positions and that's prob why they have 4 teams.
And most preseason polls pick a coach of the year

Yes this is just one site's opinion on the MAAC. The official MAAC coaches poll only has three teams and no coach of the year or rookie of the team (does have a POY). That won't be released for another couple of weeks. The MAAC loves to share the love so I would expect Poole and Bisping to make a team for sure. But Long and Wright will be on the postseason team (which is the one you want anyway). We've got four really top players who I think will be good enough to make an all-MAAC team in March.

I think that our team realistically has 3-4 3rd team All-MAAC caliber players. Obviously that woulld never happen in a voting capacity pre or post season. But from a talent standpoint I think that Bisping, Long, Poole, and Wright are all worthy of 3rd team status. Poole will likely benefit from his senior status (and any added gravitas he shows during the season).

I thought it was the MAAC's poll-- it wouldn't surprise me if the MAAC put out a 6 team poll with six players per team.
