Javion with 9 points 9 rebounds, Lavon with 8 points 7 rebounds and 4 assist today vs Ostend. Saints playing well
Very excited to see the sophomore jump our second year players make. Wright, Long and Cole (at Coppin State) all had big years as frosh and will only get better...and I am very hopeful we are going to see great things from JO and White and potentially Wolfe too.

24 pts? Was he shooting threes? He is shooting a few each game but said he can get to the basket when he wants and is making his foul shots. Midrange jumpers are falling as well |

24 pts? Was he shooting threes? He is shooting a few each game but said he can get to the basket when he wants and is making his foul shots. Midrange jumpers are falling as well It'd be nice if he started taking and making them but depending on the lineup around him you would rather him do all that stuff he usually does. If it's not Brandwijk starting or they aren't playing small...then Lavon needs to start to consider taking a few more from downtown. |

I think a few per game will be good enough. His percentage should be decent along with the added attempts. He needs to improve on the overall 42 % he shot last season.  Lean and mean on D |

If you watch the huddles he's always drawing up the plays as Jimmy is pumping every up. Manning is going to be a very good head coach down the road. That is the kind of guy that Siena should promote if Jimmy has the success Fran had and moved on. As far as Lavon's performance goes looks like he had a spectacular game. Don't know how good the competition is overseas but there is no doubt Lavon is going to one of the best players in the MAAC the next three seasons. Look out MAAC this kid will be a BEAST! |

Apples to oranges. Manning isn't even 30 years old. He's an up and coming star with a great future. He's the type of coach Butler and Xavier promoted when their successful coaches left. The same profile. But that's for hopefully a long ways off. I'm just glad to have him on the staff. |

He needs better lift. Put on the weighted jacket and jump rope 30 minutes after lifting
