FYI - I found my Username and Pin Number on a prior Siena invoice (upper left corner). Was able to log in with that Username/Pin Number combination. Was also able to log in with my email address and the Pin Number but this option will likely not work for those of you that didn't receive the email from Siena which I quoted above.

While I was able to pay (there is a $2 surcharge) I was not able to print my tickets. There does not appear to be a link to the game as an upcoming event! I have emailed Nate and will likely hear back when the office gets opened. Those that poo poo'ed bringing the "slightly" more complex ACA portal on-line should take note - even the simplest changes in an already working system don't always work the first time!

Is anyone else having trouble finding the link to buy the tickets through the Account manager tool? I can't find where I click to purchase the tickets. I might just head down and buy them at the arena.

Just picked up my tickets at the Siena Fan Relation office. It's located on the 2nd floor if the Front if the TUC (above the car rental & Wolf's 111). If you walk up to the 2nd floor (staircase by Wolf's 111) walk towards Pearl St (as opposed to walking towards the TUC's 2nd fl entrance).
It was easier than on-line since I work downtown anyway.

487-2233 worked for me to get my season tickets. Ticketmaster.com is crap.
487-2237 also works

While I was able to pay (there is a $2 surcharge) I was not able to print my tickets. I wonder if we're just supposed to use our season ticket cards. Can someone let us know when they get an email back? The Fan Relations office is probably getting swamped. I just called and I got a message that their voicemail box was full.

You can print them for an additional $2.50 per ticket..... That is a valid question if we just use our season ticket... only issue is, mine are already shredded, so looks like I am on the hook for $5....

The link got put up and I found I could get to the print option - big surprise - costs $2.50 PER TICKET to print at home ON YOUR OWN PRINTER AND YOUR OWN PAPER!!!!! After learning that was indeed true via a call to the Siena office, I bought the bullet and entered the payment info. The PRINT link then froze my screen and nothing has happened! Another call to the Siena office and now I have to pick them up at will call! Not a good start to what had promise of being a good experience.

sadly, i am not surprised by this... Siena took back season ticketing from SMG and the TUC and has been a disconnect ever since.
