Poole had a great game. Hopefully Poole can lead the team in the conference tourney. You never know.

So happy for Rob that he was really seeing the hoop today. It's the first time in a long while that I could tell he knew when the ball was going in on his release. He was productive in a most efficient manner.

Rob wanted that game, fire in his eyes, must be tough for the kid after all the success in HS & AAU, now 3 straight losing seasons in college.

He played a great game. He doesn't, we get blown out. Poole is going to have an incredible senior year. He will finally have help on the offensive side of the ball. All the freshman will have worked on different aspects of their games. He will finally get to play a more complimentary role rather than having to create his own shot and have defenses solely focused on him. He was recruited to be that second third or fourth option on a given night but has been forced to be the primary the past two/three seasons.

I agree that Poole is going to have a great senior season and that we can expect the freshman to make a jump going into next year, but who do you expect to become the primary option on offense? I don't see anyone with the type of offensive game to take over for him.

He has the all important knack of getting his own shot off anytime he wants it- against just about any level of competition. Biggest problem with Patrick will be keeping him under control- he can be a bit of a gunner. Patsos and Poole say he is best player on team this year- I'm not sure about that- I've seen him play several times and I'd say he is certainly one of our best. Maybe one of the guys that watch a lot of practice can comment on Patrick Cole's game
