Of course Baron will be out recruiting the best he can- problem is at Canisius he doesn’t have much to work with- no facilities, low budget and no history of success—back to normal next year—nice win by Canisius today , to narrow the gap- Siena has now won 17 of last 22 games at TUC vs Griffs

Unless Jim Baron has another son Canisius ain't gonna be reloading nothing. GG you guys better do something this year because it's back to the PIG for the Griffs. Billy Baron makes those guys look decent..Canisius will be 7-9 range without Billy. AWWWWWWW. Next year. Year 5.

How you've mellowed. How's the reload coming?
Cassidy Ryan and Jamal Reynolds are going to be major contributors. Crumpton, Robertson, and Weir are all RSing this year. They are nice players as well. No worries from me, but again I am focusing on this year. Siena fans are perpetually talking about next year. We are now on Year 5 of the reload. Enjoy.

Not a hater but...... No question these kids are giving their all for Jimmy and then some, and No question he is a better motivator than the demotivator he replaced, and No question the future is brighter and "Wait till next year!" now is built on a believable foundation. But...... Jimmy came to Siena, not as an inexperienced coach - he coached at Loyola for 9 years, and Jimmy came to Siena, not as a new coach in the MAAC - he had 9 years coaching against MAAC teams, and Jimmy's young, inexperienced Siena freshmen are only 5+ games away from being sophomores, and Jimmy's admitted and demonstrated coaching style is not related to X's and O's. Yet..... We have experienced very recent gut wrenching losses in very important games that most agree were more than winnable, and We have seen a consistent pattern over those same games of an inability or unwillingness to deviate from unsuccessful late game offensive "strategies," and We are breathing life into the definition of insanity - "the belief that doing the same thing over and over will produce a different outcome" - today's late game and 3 OT "offense" was at best, brutal to watch. What.... Will change next year when we get another batch of new, inexperienced, young players, Makes people think Jimmy's coaching will produce more wins next year?

There were 3 upperclassmen on the floor for the 3 OT's and Marquis, thankfully, is no longer a freshman (and he hasn't been for a number of games). Who are you calling a mule?

If Poole isn't scoring? Who does he put on a guy if they are lighting it up? Who creates their own shot? The answer to that right now is... No one. Paige can shoot. Cole can score. Both are longer and more athletic. Cole can create his own shot when offense breaks down. If you've got more scorers..specialists like white can get more court time Add a combo guard...and brandwijk. You solve a lot of the little nagging talent/depth problems

You guys have made the NCAA's ONCE in 57 years!!! 1996 (30 pt loss to Utah), so guess what? You're in year 17 of a reload. Fire Baron and bring in some other bad coach, with a really talented son, and you might won 20 again next year. In case anyone missed it......YEAR 17! lol
