Well when the offense is standing around for 20 minutes it's not as hard to guard. Has nothing to do with the 5 block charge calls in his favor. And they stood around for 7 of 55 minutes. Please you don't really believe that do you? Evan's was definitely a block, moving his feet the entire time. OUr offense went to the 2GP30 (Two guards pass the ball around the perimeter to each other for 30 seconds) starting with about 5 minutes to go in the 2nd half.

Well when the offense is standing around for 20 minutes it's not as hard to guard. Exactly some people here are missing the big picture if you cant see there was something seriously wrong with the way we ran our O against that zone. From a coaching stand point it sucked. Every O set out of a TO sucked too...... Against the zone attack it at least a few times. dribble drive & dish. Or pass it into the middle then the options would open. We gave them the middle even though two of their guys defended it unchecked with 4 fouls for 20 minutes.

--Poole was phenominal today. --Evan played horrible, and should never play the point. We need to find a strong, slashing legit sized 2G to take his minutes next year. --this team needs to learn how to win. they really have no idea how to yet, they're young --their zone gave us so much trouble because we lack the talent to penetrate it with any type of strength. White should have played more vs. it --we need a kid like Perez, DESPERATELY. --Wright missed alot of big FT's....so did Brett. winning teams don't miss big FT's (Baron & Perez, 27-29!!) --tired of morale victories. must learn to finish games

Every time he drove he drew a foul. Like I said no fouls in 55 minutes isn't even realistic. And the only time when they passed up open shots were in the last minute of the first two overtimes and the 3 minutes of the 3rd overtime when they let the air out of the ball.

One last thought- this team are fighting for for both themselves and the coaching staff-this is something that was lacking year.. BIG TIME! I personally can't wait see to what these kids are going to do a year from now. Especially since we have the T.U. Center for the MAAC!

I see us beating Monmouth and winning the first round in the MAAC. 13 wins - and hope for a 7 win improvement next year to get to 20. Cole= Perez Wright needs to improve at the line no question but give him a little pass with the fatigue factor. Even Poole missed two late in regulation. It happens. A couple more horses and experience and we're a MAAC contender. It won't be easy but is well within our sights.

Anybody else think the officiating did a 180 in the second half? I thought they were really letting them play in the first. Then started calling everything in the second, am I crazy?
Cole = Perez, I hope.

Now, you DB, a realistic observer. They make FTs and they never go into any of the OTs

Cole = Perez, I hope. Cole is too tall to be Perez....I'm talking a strong, 6'2" kid that can slash to the basket, AND make 3's. We don't have that on our roster.
