Brace yourselves for a tough month.
@ st peters Fairfield @marist Canisius Manhattan @rider @quinnipiac
Four of the next seven on the road which are never easy and the return canisius and Manhattan games will obviously be tough.

Add Monmouth at home to that list and we are looking at a 3-5 finish to the season ... 13-18 regular season, win a PIG game to get to 14 wins and conclude our 4th straight losing season. There's not much talent on this team, it is what it is.

Poole is another guy they can't lose. Essentially any starter gets in foul trouble and the team rapidly has issues. Lose silas or long and the team loses athleticism and toughness... and you run into some real limitations on D Freshman will improve in the off season and patsos is recruiting to fill some necessary holes. The team had a LOT of rebuilding and it wasn't going to be done in a single season.

Much improvement has been made through player development and recruiting and there is and will be more to come.

I still think we'll finish 10-10 in the league. This game though probably cost us the chance of finishing in the top 5.
I agree with Saintsfan you don't rebuild overnight. The foundation is being set for the next few years.

So is this where I am supposed to say gee let's be happy if we get one more win the rest of the year? WHY DONT WE JUST HOLD THE BANQUET TOMORROW! Hopefully the team and the coach has a more positive attitude because it could finish 5-3 or even 6-2 against this schedule. There is some talent on the team. Worry about next year next year!

I agree... I think we've got a good shot for another three game winning streak. At St. Peter's, Fairfield and at Marist are three games we can easily win. At worst we need two out of those three games. The most important thing is how we shake this loss off. I am hoping these kids show their resolve and get back up and kick ass. The future is bright for sure but there is still a lot of hoops and work to do THIS season!

I'm hoping they are pissed as hell and throw the Peacocks in the pool @ Yanitelli, bag the Stags at the TUC and go on a massive (Red) Fox Hunt in Po Town!

I pretty much had them between 12-16 wins with closer to 16 if everything broke right. Thus far against the top half of the league the only W came against rider and not much broke sienas way against the rest. If that continues .. 12 14 wins is a fair expectation. I would think as hard as this team plays that one or two of these games against the top half have to break sienas way.

Looks like the end of the regular season is really going to be tough with the schedule the way it is. Right now it looks to me that 10-10 is highly unlikely, unfortunately. Oh well it will be spring soon and you know what that means............
