Was pretty disappointed in several aspects of this morning's T-U coverage of yesterday's game at Fairfield: story was below the fold (nothing above the fold deserved to be there in place of Siena coverage); the story was not written by Mark Singleais, who apparently was not at the game (maybe Mark had another commitment, and hopefully was not sick; I just hope this wasn't an attempt by the paper to save some travel expenses; Bridgeport isn't that far); and the caption accompanying the picture misidentifies Rich Audu as Marquis Wright.
Not a good day for the T-U.

To be a nit picker T U misidentified Wright as Audu.

I wonder more of what it says about the newspaper business in general, yes, I would think it could be saving travel expenses.

Singelais was blogging yesterday. Who wrote the story in the dead tree edition? I can't find it online.
Ryan Restivo of Big Apple Buckets (formerly of SienaSaintsBlog) tweeted that he was sitting in Mark's chair.
