Here's a question for our statisticians. Does Field's T, his 6th foul of the night, count in his cumulative stats or does it become a bench technical since, after his 5th, he is no longer in the game? Good question! I didn’t know this; I had to ask a friend of mine who is a D1 referee: A player can’t have more than 5 fouls. Technically he is part of the bench after his 5th foul, and the coach is assessed a B. Coach gets a total of 3 B's before ejection. Or an A and 2 B's. or 2 A's and he's out. A is direct (head coach says; you suck Ref) -- B is indirect (asst says Ref you suck or pregame dunking) I didn’t know the coach is subject to technicals in degrees It appears Misspractice knew this, but how many out here knew this? I didn't

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express on Wednesday night!!! Box score had it wrong too - showed him with 6 fouls. Doesn't happen very much at all. Kid was itching for it and got what he wanted and then some from John.

Good gritty win last night. Ugly but a win is a win. Wright with 13pts 9rebs 3asst ... . Just want to add his 0 TOs last night. I think Evan had at least 3 assists to Wright on easy lay-ups. That one OOBs play where Wright ran out to half court before sneaking his way towards the basket was really cool.

Poetry in motion in those half court sets...not alot of dribbling by anyone...passes picks and cuts

yeah finally. Should put everyone on alert that they need to be always ready for those passes, picks and cuts to curtail turnovers....hope we're getting better. Going to be a little hard to gage since we are playing some of the lower standing teams now.

What you're seeing is the players finally starting to learn Patos's sets. It's harder than you think learning a new system from scratch. All the older players are essentially like freshman too in that regard. I think come February, this team could be rolling and put together a nice run into March.

I dont disagree with this-- but run will be limited - we are a player or two away from seriously competing for top of MAAC -- we can however give Rider a run for a 5th place finish about the best we can do this year

I agree with you here...no one expected us to blow SP out..the team defense and the rebounding by committee is improving with every game and once that offense clicks on all cylinders we will be a tough out come March
