Two things jump out at me seeing these numbers.
1 - The Points Outside the Paint (i.e., mid-range jump shots) are sorely lacking and underscore the need for more shooters.
2 - The Points off turnovers allowed the last three games. This speaks to the overall lack of experience, especially against athletic teams. The team should improve in this area with another year under their belts.

points off turnovers is the big one that stands out.
Experience is part of it but the other part is no real solid option at wing. When Siena is running you have an outstanding Wright with no real finishing options.
- Hymes is WAY undersized and getting to the rim can be an adventure. Throw in his questionable decision making and the aventure is magnified. - White shows signs of being that option and gets to the rim often with ease... once hes there his finishing skills ... well lets just say they are not polished just yet. - Poole is ok but not really known as a finisher at the rim. - Oliver is a perimeter player. - Audu is not a viable option
and when you go with the big lineup you are left with a lack of speed to get up and down the floor and four of the five options a tad mismatched with speed on the break.
it really is going to be a bit like night and day when they finally solidify that SG spot with a legit scorer with some size and handle. When the SG is a real legit threat... EVERYONE on the floor is going to benefit.

I still believe we have players that will develop and fill the holes we struggle with now. Young team without any seniors.. Patsos runs the flex offense that creates opportunities in all 5 spots..the players are still learning it. When its all said and done everyone will shoot better and finish better. Defensively we do not have any lockdown defenders at any position. .but we have the potential to be great as a defensive team once guys understanding of the team defensive scheme sets in. We will run because we will control the boards and get out quickly. There are several players on the team that can lead the break..we break full court pressure well now and get layups by passing the ball up the court rather than one player dribbling through it or take advantage of the mismatch when our pg is trapped or pressured

At this point everyone is having problems there but the freshmen should not be judged as harshly on that right now...I think we will see more dunks starting next season as they get stronger..all of them were dunking in HS and a few were as 8th graders..its just another level...Wolfe was not dunking everything till just last year...now he can do it consistently on open rims..he will destroy folks with poster dunks as he gets stronger

Ummm I said layup........... I just want a finish, no highlight reel stuff just another 2 on the scoreboard. No harsh judgments, just an observation and another piece of paper in the bucket.

Freshmen will get stronger and finish around rim- folks here have short memories they forget how if anyone touched Ubiles as freshmen he would blow a layup-- by his sophomore year he was posterizing defenders. Team will grow and we need to add a few pieces. Team is too slow when we have Bisping at 4- Long at 3 and too small with Hymes at 2-- have to get Bisping back at 5( and as JO and Wolfe develop that will happen. Long back at 4 where he is a mismatch. Wolfe White and Long will all finish around rim much better next year with a year of work in weight room- have patience-- keep the faith freshmen will be sophomores remember this dunk www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbQb2n3N0WU

Sweet history that will be re-made in less than two years. Same movie title, different cast.
