I will be rooting for Siena to win this game, honest. I say this even knowing how unbelievably annoying it will be to here the gloating if that were to occur. I honestly can't think of much that would be more annoying and painful than seeing Siena win this game. But, it would be a nice win for the conference and its always fun to see lower echelon teams beat top level teams. This would be like David's little weak brother beating a steroid enhanced Goliath, so go Siena! However, final score will be about a 26 point loss, sorrySorry, but it was obvious. Bisping is a player though.

I'm glad Audu is back. White is just not cutting it.

Just miss to many open shots to stay with big teams, I count at least 6 open 3's tonight. Correction 8 shots... Don't get me wrong I am excited and Siena will do very well in the MAAC I just hate seeing so many wide open shots missed. Seems to be the difference between us and the last few we lost......... Those guys knock them down with regularity.

I thought Siena did VERY well considering how young this team is!

I'm glad Audu is back. White is just not cutting it. White is trying to do to much. Tuff kid though not afraid to mix it up, wish he could shoot better.

Guys like Poole and Oliver have to hit them, they can't create their own shots so when the team creates it for them they have to hit it.

Typical freshman up and down, when he gets back to MAAC level play he'll be fine. Still alot of potential there... Audu, Oliver are they the answer? Only time will tell. Hymes has been effective off the bench but so so tonight 5 to's 4-13 shooting 2-7 from 3

No sense in nit picking guys-- This wasn't White fault or the 9 turnovers Wright and Hymes had-- or Poole not scoring.. it was an old fashion butt kicking. We are young, players will learn from this. It was impressive how hard Memphis plays.. they were taller more athletic and stronger than us at every position on floor. We wont face pressure like that again rest of the year

I'm glad Audu is back. White is just not cutting it. Just back from his injury so we can't take much from his few minutes tonight, but he looked like his feet were stuck in cement; Memphis players were just blowing by him. Unfortunately, this was how he looked last year in the MAAC and I have not seen anything from him that convinces me that he is a Division I caliber player. He doesn't play good defense, has been a turnover machine and hasn't shown any shooting prowess.

Better then 2008 attempt (102-58) Yes, but: 1. 2008 was a Memphis home game, 2. I think they were ranked #1 or 2 In the country, 3. They were coached by A****le Calipari who loved running up the score on Siena Finally they had NBA all star Rose on that team.

Just back from the game and this team is not on the same physical/talent level as Memphis as we know but give this young nucleus a couple years they will get much closer. We were also saying all game Ryan has to shoot when open, he might not make them all but he will make a fair amount. Evan had a bad "handle" night and nobody shot well. The glaring weakness is we don't have a player who can beat his man off the dribble and finish at the rim who is not 6'0 or under ......maybe they can in the MAAC not against this level of competition. Hope everybody had a good THANKSGIVING.

I was hoping Wright would try to break the press more off the dribble because then they would have been a better position to make them pay. The team continues to take itself out of games by fouling-- before tonight they were 341st in the nation on fouls per game and second to last in DQs with 11. The maac is made up of a bunch of hackers though as unbelievably both Niagara and Manhattan have even more fouls than Siena so far. Still, even though the Saints were outmatched athletically the Saints were within 14 and had the ball with 10 minutes to go. Memphis outscored Siena by 13 the rest of the way, and that is a sign of a good team closing out the victory with authority. Hopefully the Saints learn how to do that soon enough.
