t he odds of landing an impact player increase with the number of quality players you try to recruit. Perfectly said and something this staff needs to learn = seems they all to often set the bar too low

If not Prochet... there are still quality wings out there. Marcus Helton @marcushelton 23h23 hours ago
With Mamadou Ndiaye (St. Peters) committed, top remaining DMV 2015s include Josh Ayeni, Gary Jefferson, Donte Etheridge, Anthony Whitney 9 retweets 9 favorites
Wouldn't look at Ayeni since we got Fisher but Jefferson (21 ranking in DMV) Etheridge (30) or Whitney (31) would work. We should be on all of these guys! They are in Jimmy's backyard. No thanks! Need to think bigger we don't need role players we're stocked in that dept. And why the F does the next kid have to be from the Md area .... Nothing against. DMV but we're just limiting our options unnecessarily' Because when JP gets the Maryland job it will be an easy sell to get his kids to follow him. ;-)

It's not like he has the numbers to support that Hugh jump up based on his Loyola/Siena numbers. If he can eventually get Siena to multiple (3+) MAAC championships/NCAA Tourney victories (plus several regular season "up" game victories) then I'd be more nervous that the big boys were interested in him. That being said, I'm still hoping Jimmy starts putting up "Siena Fran" numbers and gets us to 3 consecutive MAAC Championships/NCAA Tourney games.

You did see the wink? I was kidding. I missed it. I figured you may have been kidding but just wanted to explain why I wasn't worried. I think it was after the CBI Championship others were concerned MD might come calling. I wasn't sure they would even after the CBI, but don't know of any potential promises they may have given if he proved himself at the Mid HC level.

We've offered a 6'9" 230 forward named Jack Lieb from Deerfield, Illinois.....he's a 2015 kid for that scholly I guess.
Long, great shotblocker. Puts it on the floor pretty well too. Looks like a good get if we can close the deal.
I'd still rather have a SF.....

He seems like a smart player who can also stretch the defense with his outside shooting. Defensively they didn't show anything really other than him blocking shots. Athleticism, which he may be lacking, is great but if you are tall and smart in the paint you can impact the game.

Lieb is fine, and his list about typical for a Big man Siena gets. The guys saying we need a WF would be 1`st guys crying next year that Siena needs rim protector- need I remind you guys Siena ( or the MAAC for that matter) almost never gets a big man ( 6'8") or over ready to play 1st year. Hope Jimmy can land him- told you guys a few days ago there would be no wing signed no idea why you are surprised
BTW Jack tore his ACL last summer- which kept his recruiting down- kid is a steal for Siena
