Who knows how wormley is going to be he hasn't played 1 minute yet. Just recruit players and don't worry about their heights or high school positions. We just need good guards and lots of them

Pretty sure a 6'3 - 6'4 kid can play the 3 at this level

Agree/ my point was that is what we need not another PG if we recruited Wormly to be the backup. We don't need two point guards on one class

Until they get here.......and then you never know. My issue is that there is all this hype and then in November and December all we hear are 'well...they are just freshmen'. Can't have it both ways. They come in June. They get a jump on collegiate level schoolwork over the summer. They play pick up so I would hope that they are learning something during that time. The strength and conditioning coach doesn't ignore them until they are sophomores. Didn't the rules change last year to allow an increase in practice time by starting early as well? In my humble opinion, we should not hear in November or December that 'they are only freshmen'. It's not like we are recruiting 30K claimers to run in the Breeder's Cup. These kids should have been identified as a 'fit' for this level based on their actual talent as observed by the staff that is recruiting them for their system, not what media hype has been garnered around them by their you tube commercials. If everyone here can identify the gaping holes in our current 'stable' I would certainly think our staff recruiters should be able to get it as well. From what I am reading, I'm not so sure.

We just need good guards and lots of them If we don't get more athletic and better able to shoot Patsos can put his head between his legs and kiss his ass goodbye after 2 more yrs. We need a legit wing/3 period!

We just need good guards and lots of them That's really what I meant. Unless you are a pg then you are just a guard that needs to be able to score and defend to fill our need. Both of those guys are guards and neither one separates from the other with the ability to play the point. Wormley is the pg 2 years behind Wright that we have already.

Bisping, JO, Silas, Fisher and Long? Do you think they need forwards? Have one of the best PG in the league and a supposed back-up recruited. What does that leave? Who can't score or create on the team? Oh yea White, Oliver, Gottfried. Hymes and Poole leave. What do they need again?

Very, very true but we must use a different term - wings is too easily associated with the hot variety, blue cheese and celery sticks. Gotta keep the staff focused, not fed!
