The event last night was first rate. The turnout was spectacular. I liked having it inside and having Jimmy and Ali higher up (and televised on the big board) so they could be seen and heard.
Man - Patsos was king of the world last night. Great to see. I'm sure he enjoys it.
Not for nothin' but Ali might get me to a few more womens games too. Wow!
All in all it was great to see the energy and enthusiasm back in the program for both the mens and womens teams.

When it’s about Siena, it’s always good.
My favorite one was in 2007-08, they had a stage at center court, with two statues and a drape overhead. Fran introduced the players with a little profile. The players entered the court on a red carpet surrounded by cheerleaders, dance squad an fans. It’s all about presentation and it doesn’t get any better than that!

Ah yes, the food was great at that one (hot food, carving stations, a regular dinner banquet, etc). Both the men's & Women's teams dressed all out. Maybe if we start winning. NCAA tourney games again (or we all donate more money) we can have those couple per-view parties to be "all out" again.

I know people still have it out for him, but he was a great assistant & a big reason for Fran's success. He had great game plans that Fran & the Team executed.
I didn't like loosing the past 3 years, but I believe he still deserves credit for Siena's & Fran's success those years.
Just saying. I know people may not agree (blinded by the past 3 years) but it's true.
