Looks like Wolfe threw down a couple for the Suburban All-Stars.
For anyone interested, Jiggetts is #3 for the District All-Stars.
I would still take Wolfe and redshirt him, unless Jimmy has someone better in the S Class of 2014. Lavon can play some 4 if need be and so can Burdine, especially if Jimmy wants to go small.

I said this on the MAAC board already but if a gun was pointed to my head and I had to choose between JO and Wolfe, I think I would choose Wolfe.
He looks like he's got every skill JO has only he's more athletic.
He looks quicker than Martens.

It's almost as if PPC has inside information of some kind. Amazing.

PPC, if you keep this video stuff up this summer may be enjoyable. I say keep going and get ready for Cannes!

They may not need to redshirt Wolfe as there are some minutes to be had up front. Silas is very foul prone and figures to spend a lot of time on the bench with 2 early fouls until he gets that under control. That leaves just Ogunyemi and Bisping to man the 4 and 5 in those instances. Yes, Long can theoretically play the 4, but it's not really his thing. So I think there might be 5-10 minutes a game for Wolfe. The kid isn't a total project from the videos I've seen. He's got game and just has to work on developing a college-ready body. I'd say he's ahead of Rossiter at similar points in their careers.

I don't disagree. The question is whether the perceived need for him next year outweighs the contribution he could make in his fifth year here if he were to redshirt. I am suggesting the redshirt because it sounds like what Wolfe does or may want to do.

Even though I have expressed a reservation (can he fill-out/add enough strength) about Wolfe since he is visiting and it seems the staff would like to bring to Siena I hope all goes well with the visit and he joins our family. I hope he can physically develop enough to compete in the A-10!

He's only 17 ... This kid will fill out and get stronger especially w/ a good weight training program. With his athletic ability he could be something special.
According to the TU Patsos won't be on campus for Wolfes visit this week. He's on vacation in Paris. I hope his assistant's can seal the deal.

I may be a little old fashion but Siena made a commitment to Jiggets and I feel it should be honored until it is no longer an option. I am not saying one player is better than the other, just that until Jiggets commits to another school he is still a part of Siena.
Also Patsos is bringing in good MAAC players from Loyola but I would like to see him steal some players that had originally committed to a BCS school and are rated higher than than what we are getting. There have been a lot of coaching changes out there and I would assume there have been good players that have a change of heart.

Jiggetts asked for and received his release... Siena has no other commitment to him. Otherwise kids could hold schools hostage over scholarships... "hey i want my release by hang on to that scholly until i sign elsewhere, just in case it doesn't work out"
